Hasselblad H1D - Camera

The H1D is an updated version of the H1 6x4.5 medium format autofocus SLR modular camera. The camera was introduced in 2004 and was intended to be used with a digital back, but it can also be used with Hasselblad H-series film magazines. Features of the H1D include a LCD screen for displaying camera settings, aperture priority, shutter priority, manual exposure and programmed mode. Other features include spot metering and interchangeable focusing screens.

  • Shutter: Electronically controlled lens shutter with speeds from 18 hours to 1/800s + B- and T-mode.
  • ISO range: 6 to 6400.
  • Automatic film advance at approx. 2 frames/s. Multi-exposure capability. Single and continuous drive modes.
Compatible battery type(s) for the Hasselblad H1D + HV 90x Viewfinder: CR123A 3V

Hasselblad HV 90x Viewfinder - Accessory

HV 90x is an eye-level viewfinder for Hasselblad H-series cameras. It has 2.7x magnification and it offers 100% field of view, flash, built-in diopter adjustment and dot matrix LCD for exposure and metering information.

Hasselblad H System

Hasselblad's H-system was launched in 2002 and moved away from the 6x6 format that had become synonymous with Hasselblad cameras. Lenses for the H system are made by Fujifilm rather than Carl Zeiss.

This system incorporates autofocus and auto-exposure, with electronic control for almost all features compared to the mainly-mechanical V series.

Earlier H bodies can accept either film or digital backs, but later models are exclusively digital.
